Critical operation or maintenance procedures that have a high potential for performance shortfall and a corresponding adverse impact on overall system performance if personnel are not trained to perform the tasks to standard. These tasks are typically difficult to train because they are exceptionally complex and require a high degree of skill, have either a high frequency of inadequate performances, or any combination of the above.
