performance evidence
Evidence that the individual can actually achieve the standard, meeting all the specified performance criteria, is essential for a judgment of competence. Knowledge evidence alone is not enough. Performance evidence may be naturally occurring or the product of special assessment arrangements such as simulations, projects and assignments.
