A technique for teams that is used to generate ideas on a subject. Each person on the team is asked to think creatively and suggest as many ideas as possible. A recorder writes the ideas on a flipchart or chalkboard. No ideas are dismissed during the storming session. After the storming session, the ideas are discussed by the team.
